Fed: Sydney man was planning terrorist attack: police=2

The Australian newspaper reports LODHI was planning to bomb the national electricity
grid with nitrate.

The paper says LODHI allegedly used a false order form, under an assumed name, to solicit
maps of the grid from the Electricity Suppliers Association.
