VIC:Man dies after high speed crash

Police believe hoon driving may have been behind a fatal car crash in Victoria's south-east
overnight.

Witnesses claim two cars were travelling at high speeds when one lost control .. mounted
a median strip and hit a pole in Burwood East.

A male in his 20s died and a second male in the car was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Police are talking to a man after finding a second car near the crash.

They would like to speak to any witnesses.
