Qld: Two children missing on property

Authorities are stepping up the search for two children missing on a property west of Brisbane.

The seven-year-old boy and eight-year-old girl went missing near Toowoomba last night
.. after the woman they were with lost sight of them.

The children had earlier been using a quad bike.

Police and SES personnel scoured the area until one o'clock this morning .. but a planned
aerial search using a rescue helicopter with heat-seeking equipment was hampered by fog.
