Mobile social applications developer Exclaim Mobility announced today that it has acquired Mobicious Inc, the company that created the SnapMyLife.com and Snap2Twitter.com websites.

The company said that the acquisition means that it has acquired substantial technology and applications that will be deployed across its existing customer base. Exclaim specialises in technology to assist users of mobile devices to share, publish and print personal user generated content (UGC). The combined offering will deliver a complete solution to address the market opportunities for UGC socialisation.

No terms of the acquisition were disclosed.
